Are you looking to work 2 or 3 days a week on a one to one basis with a well established Independent Financial Advisor?
This is an interesting, varied role where attention to detail is paramount and in a role which could grow in the future.
Office based in Bracknell, Berkshire initially but the role could become working from home/remote once training has completed.
What will the part-time PA/Admin role involve?
Full use of Intelligent Office (IO) which is a software package for financial advisers
Regular communication with the IFA with regards to work duties
Preparing files
Following though after the IFA has met clients
Responding to client pension queries
Compliance duties for pension purposes and regulatory purposes
What skills and experience do I need?
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal as you will be liaising with clients
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow through
Previous admin experience ideally within financial services or similar but not essential
