Your new role
As Finance Manager you will be overseeing all aspects of operational finance including the production of management and financial accounts, oversight of the general ledger, and a key part of the role will be to support and develop the accounts assistants in the team.

What you'll need to succeed
As a qualified accountant, you will be looking to undertake a role for 3 days a week, where you will make a significant contribution to the financial management of the organisation. As a detail oriented and professionally experienced financial manager, your organisation and planning skills will be essential, as well as a broad and comprehensive knowledge of financial reporting requirements for a small business.
