Part Time Administrator

A small family business based in Gosport are looking for an immediate start Administrative Assistant to support the office with a variety of Administration tasks, including:
- Sales Order Processing
- Resolving order queries
- Checking on stock status
- Chasing supplier delivery schedules
- Data input to spreadsheets
- Inputting supplier invoices
- Requesting Proof of Delivery notices from hauliers
- answering phone calls and general emails.
This role would suit somebody who is flexible and enjoys variety in their role.
Ideally you will have experience of using Sage.
Hours are 8.30 - 1.30, with a little flexibility if needed, Monday to Thursday
Initially a temporary contract with every chance it will become a permanent position.
