Part Time Administrator - 15 hours
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Part Time Administrator to work for a Morley based company. This Administration role will be supporting the Director and busy Sales team. This Administration role is varied and no two days will be the same!!
Please only apply if you have Administration experience and are looking for a permanent Part Time role of 15 hours. The hours are flexible and need to be Monday to Friday ideally over 4 days.
- Booking meetings and events
- Booking travel and accommodation for Director, Management and sales team's
- Manage internal meeting room booking requests
- Typing, compiling, and preparing correspondence, reports, and presentation
- Arrange catering for internal and external meetings and events
- Source external venues for Director to hold company meetings and sales events
- Procurement of stationery, copy paper, envelopes and franking machine labels and ink cartridges
