The Client: An independent, privately owned publishers, this client is one of the world's leading publishers of print published, high-quality books across all areas of visual creativity to include the arts, architecture, design, photography, fashion, film, and music. This is a global publishers with offices in New York, and distributors in Hong Kong and Paris.

The Role of HR Business Partner: This HR Business Partner role has been created to cover a period of transition until the new Head of HR joins the company in 2022. You will be working with the business to provide professional and commercial generalist, and operational Human Resources advice on company policy, best practice, and compliance with employment law. Together with the wider team you will ensure the HR function is proactive and responsive to what the business requires.

Skills/Experience of HR Business Partner: educated to degree level ideally with CIPD qualification, experience of employee relations, performance management, in house recruitment at all levels, developing and managing internal training initiatives as well as first rate communication and analytical skills.
