Salary: GBP12,350 - GBP14,433.80 (pro rata'd salary)

Reporting to the Housing and Wellbeing Manager, the Housing and Wellbeing Assistant's key responsibility, as an essential member of the team, is to maintain a safe and secure environment for our customers.

About You:

In order for your application to be successful, you will need to be qualified to minimum level 2 in English and Maths. You'll be able to show evidence of IT skills, and hold any relevant professional qualifications/memberships (e.g. Institute of Customer Service qualification) or be willing to study towards this. You're able to use the relevant range of Microsoft Office applications and IT systems.

You're experienced in providing a customer facing, front line service in a busy environment whilst maintaining a courteous and helpful manner. You're able to work alone and use own initiative to achieve positive outcomes including; personal time management, organisation ad prioritisation of workload. You have basic handy skills, with experience in building and facility management.

You have an awareness of H&S best practice and common site based H&S issues, alongside experience of building administration and recording procedures, with an in depth understanding and awareness or confidentiality. You have experience of cleaning and housekeeping, including using different products and techniques appropriate for the environment.

You have an understanding of the use of different chemicals used in cleaning and have an awareness of COSHH regulations. You have the ability to complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner when working under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail, alongside this you're able t form effective liaison with staff or other stakeholders to give, or find information to resolve problems. Finally, you'll have the ability to develop and project a positive image of Great Places through interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
