Our client is a fast-growing digital creative production agency based in the West End of London. They're looking for an experienced Office Manager/HR Support to assist the team and directors while helping to maintain the office and shape the culture.

The duties will be varied, and the work fast-paced, but this is a great opportunity to work with a team of creative and friendly people, and really make a difference to the running of the studio.

Day to day responsibilities

  • Office management (plants, water, fire warden, first aid, building benefits)
  • Managing team holiday & events calendar (working with the team to organise events & offsites)
  • Assisting with agency non-work based initiatives
  • Stationery ordering/office supplies
  • Food etc ordering
  • Reception duties
  • Finance - managing expenses for the team
  • Procurement of office supplies & IT equipment
  • Travel booking
  • Client gifting
  • Maintenance of HR policies & regulation
  • Recruitment - organising interviews and following up on candidates
  • Reviews - scheduling and monitoring employee reviews
  • New starter inductions
  • Reviewing and promoting employee benefits
  • Ongoing monitoring of covid and the impact on employees/the office

Hours: 3 days per week, 9.30am-5.30pm (ideally Wednesday-Friday)

Salary: GBP30,000 pro rata (GBP18,000 for 3 days)
