Your new role
As Interim People Operations Manager, you will work on a part time basis for 3-4 days per week, covering maternity leave for a 7 month FTC. Supporting a business of c200 staff, you will report to a Director in the business and line manage an HR Administrator and an Office Manager. You will manage a generalist HR operational remit including providing advice and guidance to managers , HR policy, process improvement and payroll. There will be some strategic elements to the role and you will support the company to grow next year.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have operated in an operational HR Manager role previously in an SME business where you have operated in a generalist hands on capacity. You will have experience of line managing a small team. You will be happy working on a 3-4 day week and be able to work from the London office in a hybrid arrangement. It is essential that you can start a new role in December and commit to a 7 month contract.
