The dream team is growing again and there's a HR & OD Business Partner sized hole in our hearts - could you be the one to fill it?

Do you like projects? We've got projects. Big ones, small ones. We are growing so acquisitions are definitely one of the big ones! And in light of this there will be all sorts you'll be able to get involved in from due diligence to TUPE to restructuring, so some experience there would serve you well.

This leads us onto our change agenda too. We're after a change agent who spots an opportunity and makes it happen (smoothly and professionally of course). This role is all about seeking out the areas we can be better and driving those improvements through. From performance and talent management, to engagement and internal communications, to reward and recognition, to wellbeing and charity, these are all workstreams our OD & HR Business Partners take a leading role in.

As well as the big meaty projects, you'll need to be willing to roll your sleeves up. We're a small team who achieve big things and we do that by being flexible.
