Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity? If so, we are now immediately hiring part time Call Centre Agent's to join our recruitment team! We are looking for dedicated agents to work from home!

The pay rate as a Call Centre Agent will be GBP9.50 per hour

Day to day life:

As a Customer Service Agent, you will be taking inbound and making outbound calls as you pre-screen and book people in for registration events across the country. These will be for a range of established organisations, ranging from huge online retailers to food warehouses. In addition to the recruitment role, there is a general customer service aspect to the role, handling calls from employers, employees and candidates. Due to this, we are ideally looking for people with excellent call centre, sales, or customer service experience, or experience in the field of recruitment.

Typical hours as a Call Centre Agent:

8am until 1pm | 1pm until 6pm | 9am until 3pm

  • You will receive weekly pay - every Friday
  • Immediate starts are available - training will be provided
  • Overtime available to earn some extra cash
  • Basic IT skills essential

We are looking for someone who is confident of being on the phone, ensuring that they have great telephone manners as well as being friendly. We are ideally looking for someone with great customer service who is able to interact with candidates through inbound and outbound.
