Part Time Human Resources Generalist - Truro / Remote - GBP25-28,000

Well Placed HR are delighted to have been exclusively assigned by an established European trading business that will soon be setting up a division in the Southwest. This business operates in the performing arts sector and has a reputation for delivering high quality training academies and productions.

The role will operate on a remote basis but prospective candidates should be located within a commutable distance of Truro. The role will operate over a 2-2.5 day working week and hours and working patterns can be set to suit all parties.

This a broad and interesting role that will be well suited to a candidate with end-to-end people management experience to include:

- Taking a lead in HR projects

- Review and improve existing contracts and employee documentation

- Ensure all HR policy is up to date and operated efficiently

- Be a primary contact for all employee relations

- Take primary responsibility for significant recruitment drives, principally in Cornwall

We're seeking an experienced candidate, ideally (though not essentially), qualified to at least CIPD level 5. The role works within a fast-paced organisation and the successful candidate will be a "known face" amongst a fairly large team hence exceptional communication and organisation skills will be essential. The role will also work quite autonomously at times and the ability to determine streamlining and policy improvements, with a lets-fix-this attitude will fit well within the team.
