Jark (Tottenham) are recruiting kitchen assistants to work with our client in Enfield and Edmonton. The working hours are between 10am-2pm Monday-FridaY term time only.

This position is subject to a cleared DBS enhanced check

Duties will include:

Basic preparation of food and beverages (for example preparation of vegetables and snacks)

Simple cooking (for example reconstitution of prepared food)

Transporting and serving of meals, adhering to portion control, using the correct serving equipment

General kitchen and dining duties (for example, washing up, and cleaning away equipment and tables

Operation of a computerised meal register

Cleaning of the kitchen, its surrounds and equipment

Cleaning of the dining room, its surround and furniture

Cleaning of any areas related to the provision of the Catering Service

Maintain a standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the day

Be aware of accidents/hazards prevention at all times
