About Our Client

Our client, a government body based in Central Bath are looking for part-time Customer Service Administrators to work 5.30pm-9.00pm Monday to Friday on an ongoing temporary basis.

Job Description

Duties and responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrators include, but are not limited to:

Booking appointments for members of the public who will be verifying their Visa & Immigration status
Working as part of a small team in a COVID-safe environment
Taking fingerprints
Checking and scanning documentation
Taking photographs on behalf of UK Visa & Citizen Application Services
Inputting data into systems
Providing exceptional customer service in an office-based environment

The successful candidate for the role of Customer Service Administrator will possess:
