Premex Services a part of the Exam Works UK family, are looking to recruit several customer focused individuals with a great work ethic, excellent administration skills and professional telephone manner, to join our team based in Bolton, Horwich.
Our business is growing and we are looking to increase our team who specialise in complex claims working with nationwide Solicitors.
What will I be doing?
You will act as the first point of contact for inbound and outbound calls. You will answer varied calls from our own medical experts to Solicitors and GP surgeries. Multi tasking is paramount to this role as you will be working in a fast paced environment. It will be your responsibility to assist the customer or redirect to the relative department or team.

* To have a professional and friendly telephone manner
* To have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* To have a strong attention to detail, be confident in your ability to work alone and within a team environment.
* Remain professional, even in challenging situations and be able to prioritise, whilst working to tight deadlines.
* Be able to work on a solo basis as well as in a team
* To be able to solve problems
Experience required:
Excellent customer service skills
You must be confident, when using a computer and should be familiar with all Microsoft applications, including Outlook and Excel.
If you do have previous telephony experience, this is very beneficial as you will be taking and making volume calls, so keeping up with the pace and changing work load is very important.
Hours of work - Monday - Friday 3pm - 8pm
