Part Time Accounts Assistant/Purchase Ledger Clerk position based near Richmond

Your new role
Supporting the Head of Finance and Management Accountant, you will be wholly responsible for the purchase ledger function with duties ranging from invoicing to query resolution, bank statements, processing purchase orders using CONCUR, assisting with bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts, processing expenses, ensure invoices are not duplicated and entered correctly.In addition you will be checking that ledger is cleared of debit balances, manage monthly supplier runs, allocate cash. The value of the purchase ledger is cGBP1m

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be very experienced in purchase ledger - maybe 5 or 6 years experience and be keen to secure a part time rather than full time role. You will be familiar with Excel, Sage 50, CONCUR, high volume invoicing and managing the full AP function. You be accurate professional and have good communication skills.
