Part time Customer Service Opportunity! Working Monday-Friday 12pm to 5pm or 3 days per week 9am-5pm
Lovely customer service / administrative job in Banbury within an expanding and highly successful automotive sector company.
The client are looking for a bright and enthusiastic customer service candidate, with excellent work ethic and good all round administrative skills.
The purpose of the role will be to handle inbound orders (calls and e-mails), processing them efficiently and accurately. Further tasks will include resolving customer queries and stock enquiries, as well as any other relevant administrative duties.
Key skills for the role must include:
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
Ideally, previous experience within an admin / customer service environment
High level of communication and accuracy
