Marketing Administrator / PA

Our client is part of the worlds #1 Business Coaching firm, and they help the owners of SME's create great businesses that provide a fantastic lifestyle for them and their families. This role is to work in their small local team.

As the Marketing Administrator / PA to the MD you will have a key central role in the local small team.

This role is home based but will require some real world meetings from time to time so a person living within 30 minutes drive time of Hull will be ideal.

This is a job that we can fit around lifestyle, but has a requirement for at least 2 hours on 4 days of the week during office hours. Our client will agree between 10 and 25 hours a week depending on your fit together.

You will be experienced in some aspects of sales and marketing and of the administration around these subjects. You will have a working knowledge of Social Media, CRM systems, M.S. and Google and be familiar around how to use them in marketing and sales situations.

Duties will be put together from this extensive list that includes, social media posting, PPC, following up marketing and booking meetings on the phone, running the diary of the MD, organising and setting up events online and in the real world. There will be basic admin and accounts functions that will be required from day to day.

You will be productive in the generation of appointments, reviews and in running the systems of the business.

You must be very comfortable having conversations on the telephone regularly at a senior business level.

You will need to have a suitable home working environment and computer or laptop.
