Receptionist / Compliance Administrator

Location: Trafford Park with flexibility for some working from home.

Initially a temporary contract for around 3 months

Pay rate: GBP9.55 per hour

20 hrs per week - Monday to Friday ; 1pm - 5pm

We are alos looking for a person with excellent telephone manner

This role would provide an administration support to a busy recruitment team.

Some duties will include;

Accurate and timely validating of all candidates' details and ensuring that all details are entered correctly onto the database.

Ensure adherence to Data Protection legislation and confidentiality procedures.

Maintenance of traditional application forms and inserts including filing.

Outbound emailing / calling and chasing of missing documents.

Answering the calls and directing them to the right department.

Taking messages.
