From the first smile and hello you will ensure a warm welcome for our breakfast, lunch, conference and dinner guests. Working as part of a small team you will be attending to all the small details to ensure every guest feels special and using your knowledge for our outstanding local food to make a memorable dining experience in both our lounge and main restaurant areas.

Your responsibilities will include;
1. Offering warm, friendly and efficient service to our guests and ensuring they ate comfortably seated and tables are cleaned and cleared in a timely manner
3. Attend tastings and understand all the dishes on the menu to provide customers with up to date and accurate recommendations and advice.
4. Serve barista coffee and drinks from our lounge bar
5. Take and deliver room service orders
6. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across all our front of house areas
7. Set up and take down conference facilities and deliver refreshments as/when requested.
