The opportunity is to work with a small family business planning to invest in and develop our existing property portfolio. The portfolio currently includes commercial properties, residential properties and a holiday let property. Our focus is to invest in having a positive impact on sustainability and the UN Sustainability Goals through improving our day-to-day operations and pushing boundaries with new ventures. 

Looking for a passionate and driven individual. Someone who is organised and proactive in taking responsibility for business operations and in supporting the company directors in achieving the business  goals. Someone that is happy to work flexibly or set-hours on a part-time basis and to work remotely, on-sites near Kensworth, Bedfordshire and Hamble, Hampshire and in London for meetings when required. 

We are looking for someone that is passionate about turning the company visions into a reality. We are keen to find the right individual first and to support them in gaining the relevant training where required. As we are open to how your current expertise or areas of interests align with the company’s needs, so we are looking for someone that can support us with any of the the following that you are most interested and driven by: 

Day-to-day operations, including 1. finance management, 2. site management and renovation projects, 3. contracts management and regulation compliance, 4.  business planning and task management, 5. holiday let management

New ventures & projects, including 1. research, design and market assessments,  2. project management

Business maturity & director support, including 1. business systems management, 2. board and business governance supports 3. personal assistance support

Salary to reflect current level of expertise and potential contribution to the business. Contract duration and the hours a week have the potential to be extended and/or for a permanent contract, if the role is a success.
