Programme Delivery Manager
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Programme Delivery Manager, who will have overall management responsibility for various programmes across the charity.
Position: Programme Delivery Manager
Location: Bradley, Huddersfield
Hours: Part-time, 25 hours per week with flexibility to allow for some evening and weekend work
Salary: £32,000 (pro-rata)
Duration: Fixed term to June 2022

The Role
As Programme Delivery Manager you will ensure quality delivery of events run by the Training Department and will identify and create optimum conditions for the team to reach and maintain high levels of performance. Working with the Senior Early Years Manager you will have overall management responsibility for driving the development, ongoing review and quality management of publications, the charity’s ‘Quality Counts’ (QC) scheme and ‘Millie’s Mark’ (MM).
You will take responsibility for the co-ordination and delivery of training events (from inception to evaluation) in line with the organisation ‘s quality processes and provide support to early years’ businesses working towards QC and MM from take up to accreditation.
You will ensure robust systems are in place, monitored and audited against, and are in line with policy and strategy for the early years and the charity’s requirement under the registered trademark with the Intellectual Properties Office. You will be required to work closely with the Early Years Development Manager to ensure products are maintained up to date with policy and legislation. As well as managing the training and events team and programme delivery team with support from the Events Manager and Programme Co-ordinator.
About You
As Programme Delivery Manager you will have substantial, demonstrable experience of working in a management capacity as well as a qualification in Events management and Project Management, or equivalent experience:

- Proficiency across all MS Office packages
- Familiarity with computerised record systems/databases
- Ability to identify change, review services and initiate product development
- Ability to manage, monitor, evaluate and revise a complex quality process
- Ability to monitor, design and implement systems and procedures
- Ability to work with people across different settings
- Strong time management and project management skills
- Ability to think clearly and make decisions to assess and solve problems
- Knowledge of quality improvement Schemes and quality processes
- Product management, performance evaluation and reporting
- Demonstrable team building, management and leadership
