This is an exciting time to join the Communications and Marketing team as the charity prepare to overhaul its brand position and identity. Working closely with the Brand and Marketing Manager, you will help to develop, roll out and embed the new brand across the organisation.
Position: Brand and Marketing Officer
Location: Home based and Swindon
Hours: Full-time 37.5
Salary: £27,000 to £30,000 per annum
Duration: 18 months Fixed term contract

The Brand and Marketing Officer, will be at the forefront of revising existing resources and will lead on internal communication of the brand project. You will also work alongside members of the Communications and Marketing department to plan and deliver multi-channel communication strategies to achieve organisational objectives.
Main responsibilities include:
- Support the Brand and Marketing Manager in the development of the new brand
- Work closely with the brand agency and assist in maintaining the relationship
- Working closely with the Research team, identify and organise market research (focus groups, surveys) to support brand development and implementation
- Plan, prepare and manage the internal communication of the brand project so the organisation is kept informed and engaged
- Oversee and help reproduce existing resources
- Assist in the implementation and embedding of the new brand across the organisation
- Lead in every aspect of the communications lifecycle.
- Work to an internal agency model and deliver high levels of service that inspire and encourage cross-departmental collaboration
- Write, edit and proof-read copy and other marketing material
We're looking for someone who is highly motivated, a problem solver and a great communicator who can help drive engagement with supporters and with wider society.
You will have experience of:
- Working in a brand and marketing context – in either an agency or in-house team
- Developing and executing marketing communication plans to meet organisational objectives
- Managing agency relationships
You will have a good eye for design and be able to critique creative concepts and provide suggestions for improvement
