The Role:

Our client is recruiting for a Team Administrator to join their Leeds office to carry out general administrative tasks to ensure the office is ran smoothly. This position is to be part time working over 2.5/3 days a week on a permanment basis.

Main responsibilities for the role include:
Finance - Preparation of finance packs for board meetings, formatting letters and presentations.
HR - Preparation of HR packs as required.
Administration - Event Management, arranging internal and external meetings, travel bookings, invoicing and keeping companies database up to date.

The Candidate:

Our client is looking for applications with a very strong knowledge of using excel, word and PowerPoint. Previous administrator experience working within HR and Finance.
Must be a keen team player with great time management skills that enjoys reactively working on tasks.
