Part Time Accounts Payable Specialist, Twickenham, GBP14-16 p/h

Your new company

An established market leader based near Richmond who have operating for over 30 years, have an exciting part time opportunity to join a large organisation in the finance team on a temporary contract. Working as part of a small team, you will be working with the Head of Finance.

Your new role

You will be responsible for the Accounts Payable function of the business working closely with the finance team. Main duties include processing invoices, reconciling bank statements, dealing with staff expenses, ensure invoices are entered correctly, manage monthly supplier runs and process purchase orders using CONCUR.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to have 2 - 3 years' experience in a similar role processing a large volume of invoices. You will need to want to commit to a part time role. It is essential you are proficient with Sage and Excel. Previous knowledge with CONCUR is desirable. You will need to have strong attention to detail.

What you'll get in return

You will receive GBP14- 16 p/h and work 20 hours a week. There is free parking on site and discounted tickets for events. There is also the option that this will become a permanent role for the right candidate.
