KPI Recruiting Ltd is a leading multi-sector recruiter in the North West that is expanding nationally. We have a great opportunity for a Part Time Internal Recruiter to join our dedicated team in our Stoke HQ.

No recruitment experience is necessary as training is provided. We will consider people from any service/office/sales related background

This is a fast-paced role with excellent rewards is based in a lively office.

Daily you will be responsible for

Working with the marketing team to develop effective recruitment and sales campaigns
Writing eye-catching job adverts to attract candidates across job boards and social media
Using search facilities to find suitable candidates
Updating internal systems
Sifting applications and pre-screening candidates
Booking interviews for successful candidates with consultants in branch
Hours:

The hours can be flexible, 20 hours a week to suit your requirments

You will be professional with the ability to communicate with confidence and credibility over the phone when speaking to candidates.
