- Defining Sky's Learning & Development strategy for Customer Service GroupStaying up-to-date with market-leading best practiceEnsuring CSG Employees have access to best-in-class learning & developmentProvides strategic direction and expertise to support the development and application of new technologies, approaches and thinking in L&DProvides thought leadership on the CSG approach to building leadership excellence at all levels up to Head of and owns the leadership development strategyEnsures leaders follow an integrated approach reflecting the brand, values and leadership culture of the businessDevelops, maintains and shares expert knowledge of leadership development by researching best practices, evaluating emerging trends, keeping appraised of technological advancements and conducting benchmark comparisons
- An expert in of the principles and execution of learning and developmentProven track record of coaching managers and leadersDemonstrate a customer-first mindset, able to deliver an exceptional people experience and results without compromising efficiency.Ability to work at pace in a rapidly changing environmentProven track record of effective stakeholder management at a senior levelA clear communicator, with the ability to build relationships across the organisation.Exposure to operating in a matrix operational environment.Demonstrated ability to set both high level vision and tactical goalsAdept at problem solving, able to adapt and pivot plans to respond to business circumstanceAble to understand and translate business objectives into people development strategyAbility to find creative and innovative solutions.
