A Manufacturing company in the Redditch area are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join their busy team. This position can either be full time or part time.

Duties of the role include;

Preparing and sending out customer invoices
Collating and chasing aged debtors
Contacting clients and sending reminders to ensure timely payments
Collating staff hours
Updating accounting databases and spreadsheets
Working closely with Managing Director, Accountants and Payroll
General accounts administrationThe ideal candidate will have experience;

Using Sage 50
Sage 200 would be beneficial
Confident using Excel
Working within an office environment providing accounts support
Excellent attention to detail
Good numeracy skills
Confident telephone mannerThe role can be either part time or full time dependent on the right person, looking to pay between GBP(phone number removed)p/a (on a full time basis), preferably looking to start in November so ideal if you are out of work currently or have a short notice period.
