A wealth management company in Garforth are looking for an experienced part-time Personal assistant/administrator to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a good telephone manner, be professional and able to deal with high end clients.

Experience in admin and personal assistance is essential

The role is to provide support to the shareholders along with carrying out various administration duties

Duties will include but not limited to:

Dairy management
Provide support to the directors across various companies
Personal bookings to assist with
All travel to arrange - this includes personal holidays and business trips
Booking all overseas trips and arranging food requirements
Various personal tasks, such as personal shopping orders, gifts, appointments etc.
Arranging client and employee gifts
Creating travel schedule and itineraries
Keep up to date filing systems of confidential documentation - both hard and electronic copies
Administrative tasks for other directors
Help with the client CRM and keeping the system up to date with client meetings
Contact clients by email, telephone, and letter
Company social events to organize
Plan and prioritize own workload to ensure targets are achieved
Keep up to date and understand all the company's internal procedures as they apply to the performance of the role

The role is 3 days a week, however this is open to full days or partial days

Job type: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: GBP22,000-GBP25,000 Pro-rota
