Administrator (Apprentice) CCC

Salary £17,000 per annum.

Please be advised that there will be an all day assessment day if you are shortlisted for this role. 

Bromley Healthcare are looking to recruit apprentices for our administrator positions within our Care Coordination Centre. Working alongside experienced staff, you’ll be learning on the job as well as being given protected time and support, to study towards membership of the Institute of Customer Service.

No previous administrative experience is required, but applicants must be willing and able to complete the Customer Care Practitioner Apprenticeship (Level 2) over the course of your first 12-18 months.

You’ll have a good command of English and good interpersonal skills,  coupled with basic keyboard skills and knowledge of MS Office.

Salary is dependant on NHS experience and current banding/pay point, applicants from outside the NHS will receive the start point of the salary scale in line with NHS terms & conditions.
