We are looking for candidates with experience starting ASAP

GBP65 - GBP75.00 (per day dependant on experience)

Vision are flexible on start date around candidate availability

This role is based within a school setting

GBP125 refer a friend / colleague bonus scheme

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is a minimum of 3 months relevant experience working with children, young people or adults.

Contract start date: ASAP

Vision for Education is seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to work in an various schools around Brigg on a flexible basis. The schools require mentors with experience working with disengaged students to deliver pre-planned workshops on an ad-hoc basis.

The role
Working with groups of secondary aged students who may be at risk of exclusion to try and motivate them to learn. You may be in sole control of the classes of up to 15 students and will bring your own spark and creativity to the groups. Some students will require support on a 1:1 basis so will need to build relationshsips quickly. The work is required on an ad-hoc basis so ideal for people looking for flexible work.

The schools cater for secondary aged students and are based around Brigg.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Behaviour Mentor, you will:

Have previous experience working with children with a range of abilities and maybe some special education needs
Have suitable qualifications to work with young people and support students with SEND, this is highly desirable.
Have strong communications skills with the ability to quickly built rapport with students.
Be able to work as part of a team and be confident dealing with occasional behavioural challenges.
