Jark are recruiting a HR Assistant on behalf of our client based in Tilbury. You will providing HR support and administratioon to support HR across 3 different sites.
This position is flexible so can be working 3 days a week or reduced hours spread over 5 days, however the shift pattern / times must be the same every week. This is predominantly a work from home position but your first day will be in the office where you will collect your equipment and be trained. This may also be working occasionally in the office or across the other 2 offices but this would be planned well in advance. Due to this you must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
Duties in the role will include:
* Maintaining and collating KPI information across all three sites
* Writing job descriptions, policies, procedures, HR forms and template letters
* Ensuring service level agreements are maintained
* Providing support to line managers with all generalist HR matters
* Conducting agency audits
* Supporting with recruitment
* Managing health surveillance
For this position you will require strong HR administration and organisation skills, Strong MS opffice skills (you will need to be proficient in Excel).
Knowledge of SAP and a CIPD would be advantageous.
Part-time hours: 24 per week
