Temporary Part-Time Payroll Assistant

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer service or administrative professional which has an affinity with numbers to join a fantastic company on a temporary basis. Our client is looking for a quick-learning self-starter to take on this assignment starting immediately and ongoing for 18 weeks.

You will be assisting with a crucial project, focussing on providing support for a new timesheet system, being able to answer queries and resolve issues.

Temporary Part-Time Payroll Assistant Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities include:

Making and taking calls
Carrying out investigative work to resolve issues
Being the source knowledge for the new system (what to do/not to do)
Being involved with other aspects of Payroll
Additional administration tasks when needed

You will be given extensive training in your first few weeks to ensure you are knowledgeable of the systems and confident in your abilities moving forward.

Temporary Part-Time Payroll Assistant Requirements

You will be able to demonstrate high attention to detail and quick to learn new systems
Ideally you will have some knowledge of Payroll systems or timesheets however this is not essential
Any experience using SAP will be advantages
A confident telephone manner

The hours - Part time, Monday, Thursday and Friday's
Start and finish times will ideally be 9am - 5pm, however they can offer the following; 8am - 4pm, 8:30am - 4:30pm and 9:30am - 5:30pm

The position will start immediately and will be ongoing for 18 weeks.
