Sales Manager - Community and Social Engagement
Competitive Salary plus commission
Remote based

We're looking for exceptional individuals to lead, manage and develop a team, ensure the team are working to optimum levels at all times, meeting customer/client/service needs and meeting agreed objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate clear performance expectations, goals and objectives
- Assign tasks and projects as appropriate to ensure the team's deliverables can be met
- Monitor progress, support and coach the team, manage under performance via regular reviews
- Provide regular activity reports on all agreed KPI's
- Promote a working environment which aligns with the company's values and customer centricity
- Seek to identify and implement business process improvement opportunities
- Support the team with problem solving and decision making where appropriate


Skills and Experience
- Ability to manage in a high-pressured environment and maintain a professional approach
- Experience of working in a customer centric, fast paced, matrix environment
- Experience of people and performance management, personal development, coaching
- Identifying business process improvements and encouraging team input
- requirements, solve problems and make decisions in line with policy guidance (minimal supervision required)
