We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our Service/Customer support team at their head offices based in Worcester.
Job Requirements
To Interact with customers offering guidance to assistance regarding new and existing contracts
Initiate and process information regarding service agreements
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and thrive in a fast paced and target driven environment.
Manage payment process and client billing requirements
Candidate Requirements:
Excellent organisation and communication skills are essential for this role.
General administration and IT skills - word, outlook, excel.
Sage experience preferred but not essential.
Common sense/ pro active approach
Good Telephone Manner
Excellent organisation skills
Strong customer service skills
