We are seeking an enthusiastic and resourceful Marketing Manager to join our growing start up.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking for an exciting challenge of establishing a marketing approach that is unique to Intuita, helping us to become seen as one of the leading data companies in the UK and beyond.

We are looking for a self-starter, who is comfortable developing and driving a marketing strategy, managing the day-to-day marketing operations, and defining and reporting on KPIs to demonstrate success.

You will thrive working in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the changing needs of a growing business. You will also have the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and be skilled at understanding how complex services and solutions can be best marketed to Intuita’s target customers and the broader industry.

You will work with the Chief Strategy Office and Recruitment Manager to develop and deliver a marketing strategy that builds brand awareness, engagement and drives customer, partner and candidate leads.

Ultimately, we are looking for someone with great ideas, a good work ethic, and the desire to play a central role in our future.

Objectives of the role

The core objectives of this role are to establish the recognition of Intuita as:

  1. One of the UK’s leading data consultancies
  2. A destination place to work for people in the industry

This will take creativity, ingenuity and resourcefulness, and a deep understanding of the Intuita ethos, services, and the markets we operate in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing strategies such as recruitment and brand awareness, defining target audiences, channels, media campaigns, content themes and engagement strategies
  • Lead the delivery of marketing activity, ensuring we are consistently building a positive brand presence with the right audiences
  • Organise and attend promotional events such as tradeshows and careers fairs, serving as a brand ambassador
  • Engage internal team members to participate in marketing activity and collaborate with them to help build their public profiles
  • Analyse competitors, the market and the broader industry to ensure we capitalise on any emerging trends
  • Define marketing KPIs and conduct analysis across different channels, reporting on performance and extracting insights that can be used to optimise future marketing activity
  • Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels

Required Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience working in a marketing management role
  • Proven experience developing and delivering marketing strategies that drive results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to create engaging content
  • A creative flair, always looking for interesting new ways to solve marketing challenges
  • A deep understanding of marketing metrics and ability to derive tangible insights from them
  • Experience building communities of engaged followers around a brand or business
  • Keen eye for design with preferable experience using design software
  • A true self-starter who thrives of being accountable and owning a role
  • Preferable experience working in the data industry, or similar field
  • Established network of press and media contacts
