The roles available are within the pensions division, where you will help customers ensure they can be financially secure for later on in life and towards retirement.
Within pensions the primary focus is both customers and colleagues. The division is passionate about making a difference whilst keeping the customer at the heart of everything it does. The division strives to improve customer experience, simplifying the business and making pensions a great place to work for its colleagues
Please note that this role will be a mixture of working from the office and from home.
CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR ROLE:

6 month temporary role with a possibility of extension or potential to go permanent;
Working patterns Monday - Friday between 09.30 - 14.30
Part TimeCUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Telephony-based tasks to service customer queries
Provide technical advice and guidance on your areas of expertise to both external customers and colleagues at all levels.
Dealing with customer data ethically and in accordance with the FSA (Financial Services Authority) requirements.
Establish effective transactional relationships to facilitate lead generation to ensure that customer requirements can be matched to the Bank's services, and products and cross-selling opportunities are maximised.
Be responsible for carrying out a broad range of demanding operational support procedures, using your own judgment to make decisions which impact on customer outcomes. CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR SKILLS:

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Excellent customer service and administrative skills
Attention to detail is key
Ability to embrace 'in the moment' coaching to develop your skills and knowledge
Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideasWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

Paid training (the training will be held in the office initially, until equipment is provided; remote training will be held afterwards until the completion of training period - 6 weeks);
