Job Details
Sytner Group are looking for a Buying Administrator, to join our buying division based in Penman Way, Leicester.
As a Sytner Buying Administrator, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our buying team by assisting with:
- Electronically printing, collating and loading used car deals on to ‘Sytnernet’ including ensuring HPI and Experian checks (where required) are carried out
- Sending deals to relevant individuals for checking and sign off.
- Saving signed deals in relevant payment date folders.
- Loading first authorise deals for payment on to Bankline.
- Carrying out the banking including any deals with negative equity receipts coming in to the Group Purchasing account and ensure the CHAPS list balances with the bank statement.
- Dealing with any queries from dealerships regarding the IAT in a timely manner.
- Keeping the Buying Department records up to date including contact details, holidays, company cars and underwrite list.
- Deal with incoming post and telephone calls.
- From time to time, fulfil other reasonable requests in the interests of the efficient running of the Department.
Essentially the right candidate will possess good IT skills, a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
You must demonstrate an enthusiastic, committed and flexible approach to work whilst possessing the right skills and attributes to work within a diverse team environment.
This is ideally a full-time position but we may consider part-time for the right applicants.
