Are you an experienced Virtual Trainer also skilled in designing training content for the new virtual world of Learning & Development? Is improving the customer experience through strong coaching techniques at the core of everything you do? Can you demonstrate a successful track record of delivering business improvement and cultural change through performance coaching? If so, we would love to hear from you.

This training and coaching role will be working with our Jaguar Land Rover and Head Office sites whilst also supporting our central Learning & Development portfolio. It requires experience in working with key stakeholders to consult, design & deliver both virtual and face to face workshops, development programmes and inductions, as well as performance coaching managers and teams either one to one or in groups. Being able to build strong relationships at all levels will be key to ensuring all directors, managers and colleagues are thoroughly supported, engaged and developed.

Supporting our businesses with blended, digital learning solutions, the role will also require some travel to Leicester and regional locations to deliver training events. This is a pivotal and demanding role but a truly rewarding one with plenty of personal support and development in the form of inductions, skills development and mentoring.

You must exude energy and enthusiasm and be able to develop and maintain strong, professional relationships at all levels. Comfortable behind the camera, your virtual delivery style should be engaging and inspiring. We are looking for creativity and experience of designing training programmes, preferably within the automotive industry or a retail and customer centric environment. You will be a self-starter, great at managing your time and priorities and embrace working as part of a professional, friendly, well-established and supportive team.

Evidence of your own CPD would be expected, ideally in line with an appropriate professional qualification. This role requires a minimum of 5 years relevant training and coaching experience.
