In this role you will own and drive the delivery of our inclusion initiatives across CSG. You will be recognised as an expert in your field within CSG, wider Sky and externally through your diverse network. You will epitomise "Believe in Better" when it comes to Diversity & Inclusion through your proactive drive to make Sky the best place to work.


What you'll do:

  • Development, ownership and delivery of our short, medium and longer term CSG D&I initiativesBeing a trusted partner across our CSG and collaborating with wider Sky teams to ensure that all activity is well planned, relevant and timelyBeing the trusted voice for CSG for all our UK&I and Group D&I proposition/product development and deliveryOwnership of the always on plan of D&I activities and interventions, working with the key teams in CSG and Sky to deliver these across CSGEvolve and grow the role of our D&I Influencers across CSG
