Salary: GBP10 p/h

Location: Burgess Hill

Duration: Temporary (with the opportunity to become permanent for the right person)

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 3pm

Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to cover the front house and admin support duties in their busy office. Though initially this is a temporary position with an urgent start, there will be an opportunity for this to progress to a permanent role in the near future.

Responsibilities:

Meet & greet/welcoming visitors
Receiving all incoming calls - Filtering and directing calls to relevant person
Opening and distributing the daily post
Ordering stationery for the offices and shop floor
Providing administrative support for the two Directors
Booking flights & completing the check-in process for all staff
Booking hotels/accommodation
Booking and dealing with all the administration for exhibitions
Making teas & coffees as required
Ordering buffets

Requirements:

You must have good working knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ideally, previous experience in a receptionist position
Strong administration skills with high attention to details
