- Lead and manage the Sky Sports News' Bespoke Content team.
- Produce innovative and original long and short form content for all Sky platforms with a strong focus on current news issues and big-name interviews within sport.
- Work closely with Senior News Editor - Future Events to create bespoke content around major sporting events.
- Provide strong and positive leadership; inspire and motivate the team to achieve exceptional levels of performance.
- Ensure output is in line with Sky Sports' and Sky's business priorities.
- Maintain a good understanding of Sky's platforms - including digital and social media - and ensure our output is consistent across all platforms.
- Work with Head of Channel & Senior Producer - International and Syndication to take responsibility for Sky News sports bulletins service.
- Play a key role in people & culture plans for the Channel.
- Experience of leading creative teams in a fast-paced environment with strong people management skills.
- Proven ability to turn a great idea into compelling, original content for multiple platforms.
- Imagination and innovative thinking to create visual content with impact.
- Great communication skills with strengths in stakeholder relationship management.
- Strong and wide-ranging sports knowledge combined with a good understanding of industry techniques and innovations.
- Unwavering desire to make the world more equal and a passion for issues around diversity and inclusion.
- Demonstrate an awareness of budget management, being cost conscious with a strong focus on value for money.
