Financial Accountant job in Bath. This role is part time with an opportunity for hybrid working.

A well known employer of choice in Bath are seeking a Financial Accountant on a fixed term contract.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the delivery of customer focused processes to support managers ensuring that payroll and pension services are delivered in an effective, compliant and professional manner. This role will also support the team for delivery of quarterly and annual financial reporting of staff and pensions costs. There will also be line management of a small team.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will ideally be CIPP qualified and have previous experience managing a team and complex payroll. Experience of global mobility would be an advantage. Experience of managing a team.
