Job objectives and responsibilities
Part time Receptionist
Hours - 20 per week (Monday to Friday) 3.00pm - 7pm
Salary - GBP10,400 per annum
We are looking for for an exceptional individual to provide a first class guest experience for our employees, visitors & clients attending our prestigious building in Manchester:
* To perform reception and administration duties efficiently and effectively on behalf of the building in which you are located
* To help facilitate the through flow of personnel by managing access via the building entrance
Main duties
* To maintain a tidy and efficient reception area, providing a prompt a courteous reception for visitors, telephone callers and other staff
* Maintenance of fob access system and fire list
* Handling phone calls and distributing/taking messages as appropriate
* Distribution of weekly notices (H&S, announcements etc.), including maintenance of notice boards
* Ensure all marketing literature in reception is kept current
* Organising and monitoring allocation of car parking spaces for staff and visitors
* Maintaining stock levels of stationery and ordering supplies as appropriate
* Maintaining stock levels of tea, coffee, sugar etc. as appropriate
* Coordinate and correspond with office cleaners
* Meeting room Management
* Audit input
* Assist with operational reports
* Be flexible enough to undertake other reasonable duties and ad hoc projects as requested in order to accommodate operational requirement
