Role: National Sponsorship Manager -Part-time
Location: Towcester/ Hybrid
Salary: GBP24-26K per year Pro rata, with generous uncapped commission structure (OTE GBP30-40K)
REQUIRED: Own car and clean driving license.

We are seeking a highly ambitious and career-orientated individual who is eager to join a growing business on a part time basis, with significant earning potential, as well as career development within the business. This role will be a combination of new business and key account management/growth. Clients will be from across a wide range of B2B's.
Our client is an exciting events & PR company with a bright, forward-thinking and creative team. With many years of experience, the team of experts create events which celebrate and facilitate success in business. They specialise in nationally recognised Business Awards and a diverse range of other national awards which recognise the audacious entrepreneurs and business people working across all sectors.
The role of National Sponsorship Manager is to develop the range of National Awards including The National SME Business Awards, The National Business Women's Awards and The National Building and Construction Awards. All the awards events take place at prestigious venues in London, and you will be joining a small, dedicated team, keen to develop Events and PR's top-rated awards.
Key skills and competencies:
*Min. of 2+ years sponsorship sales experience or media sales
*Have a proven track record in B2B sales
*Confident, articulate and professional
*Used to selling to C level individuals
*Cold call and generate new leads and enquiries
*Effectively manage your own sales pipeline to be successful
*Understand all monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
*Convert a targeted percentage of all outbound telephone calls to appointment and subsequent appointments to new opportunities
*Trained to a high level in sales and sales process
*Stable career history
*Must own car and hold a full clean driving licence
There is a competitive salary with a generous commission based on performance, and a clear progression and development plan. There is a significant potential to realistically earn up to GBP40k within the first year and progress onto a more senior role.
