This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading and well established recruitment consultancy, already working with global clients across the Building Design, Engineering and Construction Sectors.
The role focuses on sourcing high calibre candidates for existing key Clients, with new roles coming in daily, so great opportunity to earn well for a talented consultant.
We are looking for an experienced recruiter with good knowledge of recruiting permanent candidates within Building Services Design, Structural Engineering, CAD & BIM roles.
Key Duties:
* Undertaking recruitment campaigns for Clients, searching for Candidates at Mid to Senior level within Building Design, CAD & BIM and Project Management.
* Utilising different candidate sourcing techniques to identify top talent including; headhunting on LinkedIn, CV data base searching, social networks and advert responses.
* Acting as a key partner to our Clients and Candidates throughout the recruitment process, qualifying candidates, sending CV's with comprehensive information, organising interviews, receiving feedback and making offers.
* Facilitating the on-boarding process, ensuring first class candidate care throughout.
What we need:
* Ability to promote our opportunities in a compelling way through LinkedIn, Email, over the phone, so excellent communication and creative writing skills are a must.
* Proven experience in the above mentioned sectors.
* Self motivated and ability to produce good results whilst working independently.
* Good billing history.
