Ask4Help Administrator (Zero Hour/Permanent)

Permanent, Zero hour contract available in daytime, evening and on weekends.

We are looking for multiple positions for Administrator at QA. As an Ask4Help and Programme Support Administrator you will support the delivery of a portfolio of student-centred activities and administrative support that contribute to an outstanding student experience.
This is a merged role which will provide support to two key teams in evenings and weekends: the Ask4Help team and the Programme Support Team.
The post holder will be responsible for delivering high quality student and programme administration and support during evening and weekends. This is a student-facing position, where you will be the first point of contact for students on campus and triage all student queries - escalating queries to the relevant teams.

Key responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to students on campus and over the phone
First point of contact for any facilities queries during the evenings and weekends
To generate and print requested student letters
To maintain the Ask4Help shared inbox in the evening and weekends, answering basic student queries and escalating complex queries.
To support with student enrolment processes at 4 points in the academic year
Provide advice and guidance to students and take responsibility for the escalation of individual student cases to ensure that issues are satisfactorily resolved
To record and report on part-time student attendance
To maintain up-to-date student records for part-time programmes, and to advise students on Change of Circumstances processes.

Essential skills / experience:
Experience in administrative roles
Proficiency with Microsoft software - particularly Excel
