An exciting opportunity for a Technical Recruitment Resourcer to join our small friendly team of experienced Consultants and support staff on a part-time basis. Lumen Resources was established in March 2020 and are recruitment specialists within the Defence, Engineering and IT sector.
As Technical Recruitment Resourcer you will assist the consultants in sourcing quality candidates in order to fulfil client hiring needs. You will use a variety of online platforms alongside our internal database to find the right candidates for the jobs!
Key responsibilities of the Technical Recruitment Resourcer:
* Assist the recruitment team to fulfil client hiring needs
* Use a variety of online platforms to source quality candidates for current job opportunities
* Use our internal database to update with registered candidates on their current situation and job status
* Pre-screen candidates for current job opportunities, collating all necessary information to be able to make an informed decision on their fit for the job opportunity available
* Write adverts for any new job opportunities that become live and post onto external jobs boards
Key criteria for the Technical Recruitment Resourcer:
* Keen interest in business and the technology sector
* Competent in a range of IT systems and software including Microsoft 365
* A willingness to learn and develop from industry experts with over 20 years' experience
* Team player with a can do attitude
* Clear verbal and written communication
