HR Advisor - Part time

Fresh Seed is a fast growing People and Culture consultancy working in the Creative Sector and our client base is as varied as the sector itself. Our reputation is growing and our client base is growing along with it; we are micro now but are scaling up quickly. We are on a mission to revolutionise the way the sector accesses People and Culture services and get the message out there that we empower and support organisations through our range of services from traditional HR, to all things culture and well-being. Think HR, but Fresher!

This role is a big part of the growth plans for the business as we launch a new brand and range of products for the industry. You will be curious, believe work can be better and have a drive to deliver high standards, with a sense of humour to help us through the highs and lows! You will be great at detail, able to speak without riddles and have bucket loads of patience. You must be pro-active, compassionate & with an understanding of creativity. You will get that solutions aren't always obvious but through great team work there is always an answer.

The role will involve the following:

Managing client accounts; supporting them with their challenges and issues.

*

Advise and case manage employee relation matters including undertaking investigations, and attending, minuting or scripting hearings where required.

*

Design & management of our internal operational systems.

*

Developing services for freelancers and the ecosystem around them.

*

Build relationships with sector bodies to establish and develop our reputation in the sector.

*

Monitor client email inboxes and direct emails and actioning or responding to queries from clients on a wide range of employment law and best practice HR matters and seeking guidance where appropriate.

*

Work collaboratively with our team proactively across the full client portfolio to support FreshSeeds growth.

*

Develop and review policies and procedures, ensuring they reflect the culture of the organisations we work with.

*

Support in delivering recruitment campaigns(e.g. advertising, administration, shortlisting, attending interviews).

*

Create and review relevant client HR documentation for portfolio clients and also support senior and other colleagues.

The role will be working remotely to begin with but we are keeping a watchful eye on office space for next year, so being located within reach of Leamington will be of benefit to you. The role is a maximum of 3 days a week, salary of GBP25,000-GBP30,000 (pro-rated).
