About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic team at Mercedes-Benz of Bedford as a Bodyshop Administrator.

As a Sytner Administrator you will be supporting a small team who are fantastic in delighting our customers and getting it right the first time. You will be responsible for delivering 'outstanding' customer service whilst dealing with incoming enquiries via email and telephone, internal invoicing and assisting with all Work in Progress.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday 8.30am 5.30pm to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

 

About you

You must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written with an eye for detail and possess excellent organisational skills as well as general computer skills.
