SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a passionate Part Time Office Administrator to join one of our clients based in Newark.

The role is a permanent role and will be 17.5hrs per week.

You must be able to drive and have access to your own car to be successful for this role!

This would be a fantastic role for candidates based in Newark, Lincoln, Bingham, East Bridgford, Southwell and the surrounding areas.

We are looking for a candidate who is a bright, enthusiastic character! You will support across the business with regards to everything Administration.

This is a really progressive, exciting role for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

- Arranging travel; flights and associated travel bookings.
- Scheduling conference or meeting rooms for in-office meetings.
- Keeping track of receipts of office expenses or expenses incurred by managers
- Assisting with the planning of team and company-wide meetings and events.
- Using Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint and other software platforms.
- Assisting with research for a variety of operational projects.
- Supporting projects for annual company exhibitions.
- Coordinating events, such as office parties or client dinners.
- Supporting regular inventory of office / meeting room and refreshment supplies.
- Other ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

It is essential you are Knowledgeable and able to use all the latest software for word processing, spreadsheets, databases and presentations.

Working hours: 17.5 hrs per week (Flexible on days.)
Salary: GBP20,000 - GBP21,000 Pro rata.
